By accessing or using INK AI Tattoo Generator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

License to Use

INK AI Tattoo Generator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our AI tattoo design app and services for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms. You may use the generated tattoo designs for personal tattoos, sharing on social media, or as reference for tattoo artists.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and complete information

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

• INK offers free tattoo generations for new users to try the app
• Premium subscriptions provide unlimited tattoo generations and advanced features
• Subscriptions are billed weekly, monthly, or annually as selected
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All payments are processed securely through RevenueCat

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or the App Store/Play Store.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to the App Store or Google Play Store refund policies. Please contact their support for refund requests.

User Content and Photos

Your Rights

You retain all ownership rights to photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant INK AI Tattoo Generator a license to:

• Process your photos and text prompts using AI technology to generate tattoo designs
• Store your content securely on our servers
• Generate tattoo design visualizations based on your inputs
• Display tattoo designs on your uploaded body photos for the try-on feature

Your Responsibilities

You must not upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains inappropriate, offensive, or harmful material
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Depicts minors or exploitative content

AI-Generated Tattoo Designs

AI-generated tattoo designs are provided for visualization and inspiration purposes. INK AI Tattoo Generator does not guarantee:

• That designs will translate exactly to real tattoos
• Suitability of designs for all body placements or skin types
• Accuracy of how designs will appear when tattooed
• Uniqueness of generated designs (similar prompts may produce similar results)

Always consult with a professional tattoo artist before getting any tattoo. Tattoo artists may need to modify AI-generated designs for optimal tattooing results.

Tattoo Disclaimer

INK AI Tattoo Generator is a design tool and does not provide tattoo services. We are not responsible for:

• The quality or safety of tattoos created based on our designs
• Any health complications resulting from getting tattooed
• The skills or practices of any tattoo artist you choose
• Satisfaction with your final tattoo result

Getting a tattoo is a permanent decision. Always research tattoo artists, ensure proper hygiene standards, and consider your decision carefully before getting inked.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Generate designs that promote hate, violence, or illegal activities

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of INK AI Tattoo Generator (excluding user-generated content and AI outputs) are owned by INK and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. AI-generated tattoo designs created through the app are yours to use according to these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INK AI Tattoo Generator shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or errors
• Third-party actions or content
• Any damages resulting from tattoos based on our designs

Disclaimer of Warranties

INK AI Tattoo Generator is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or any reason we deem necessary. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your saved designs and data may be deleted.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which INK AI Tattoo Generator operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
